We caught up with Steve, our Logistics and Facilities Manager for our most recent Boston Spotlight, to find out a little more about his role at Boston Energy as his team expands.
Hi Steve! Could you tell us what do you like to do in your time outside of work?
I am a keen mountain biker and paddle boarder, most of my free time is taken up with volunteering for Mountain rescue.
How long have you worked with Boston Energy?
I started working at Boston Energy in February 2020 after leaving the Armed forces.
What does a day at Boston Energy entail for you?
There is no typical day in my line of work, I could be inspecting working at heights safety equipment one day, or travelling to one of our various sites around the world ensuring that our technicians have everything they need to fulfill all of our commitments to our customers.
What made you want to become involved in the Energy Industry?
The idea of working in an industry that promotes renewable and cleaner energy really appealed to me, as we should be doing all we can.
