Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Working at Height training is intended to provide delegates with the skills and expertise required through theoretical and practical training to work safely in the wind industry. This course is designed to meet emergency response training requirements for workers new to the industry and to accommodate personnel working both onshore and offshore.
By the end of the course, delegates of a GWO Working at Height training course will be qualified to correctly use personal fall protection equipment and perform safe working at height.
They will also be able to perform safe and comprehensive basic rescue from height in a remote wind turbine setting following RUK/GWO Working at Height standards.
