Boston Energy partners with Coyle Health & Wellbeing to elevate employee wellness

Boston Energy has announced a strategic partnership with Tommy Coyle, renowned professional boxer and fitness advocate, and Coyle Health & Wellbeing.

This collaboration aims to prioritise Boston Energy’s employees’ physical and mental well-being through a comprehensive wellness program.

The initiative will include access to fitness training, health check support, and nutritional guidance, as well as community challenges and presented topics such as the menopause, all tailored to meet the unique needs of the company’s workforce.

Coyle Health & Wellbeing, under Tommy Coyle’s leadership, is known for its comprehensive approach to health, emphasising the connection between physical fitness and mental resilience.

Tommy Coyle, who has transitioned from an exciting boxing career to becoming a wellness ambassador in the region, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership:

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Boston Energy to bring our wellness programs to their incredible team.

“At Coyle Health & Wellbeing, we’re committed to empowering individuals to achieve their best selves, both physically and mentally.

“This partnership is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Boston Energy’s employees, helping them reach their full potential by providing the tools and support they need to thrive.”

Boston Energy CEO, Julian Cattermole, also highlighted the importance of this initiative:

“Our employees are the backbone of our success. By investing in their health and well-being, we’re enhancing their quality of life and creating a more productive and engaged workforce.”

The exciting partnership brings a 6-week initial programme, which includes fitness assessments and personalised plans to support health goals. It will eventually expand to include workshops on key health and wellbeing topics. Employees will also get free access during this time to both TC60 gyms, located on Bridgehead Business Park and Humber Street in Hull.

Laura Botham, Boston Energy Head of People adds:

“Working alongside Coyle Health and Wellbeing, we will take the professional experience and industry knowledge into our teams, with the support of Tommy Coyle, Joel Shortland and their team of coaches and subject matter experts – learning more about moving well, eating well, sleeping well and thinking well!

These next six weeks will be about setting our new baseline for performance in the business and setting personal challenges to be the best versions of ourselves. ”

This new partnership comes during a big period of growth and exciting change for Boston Energy, as well as its commitment to employee welfare, aligning with their broader mission of sustainability—not just in energy, but in the lives of those who contribute to the company’s success.
