This package is made up of GWO First Aid, Working at Height, Fire Awareness and Manual Handling courses. This does not include GWO Sea Survival.

The Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Working at Height training is intended to provide delegates with the skills required to work safely at height. The GWO First Aid training is intended to provide delegates the ability to administer safe and effective first aid. The GWO Manual Handling and the GWO Fire Awareness training is intended to allow personnel to work in a safe manner. All these courses enable personnel to work in the wind industry, and are designed to accommodate those working both onshore and offshore.

Run time is Monday 09.00 through to Thursday 17.00.  Any available course dates are highlighted in green in the calendar below.

Pre-requisites

  • The maximum personal delegate weight is 125 kg

The candidates must have a GWO WINDA registration identification number prior to attending any GWO course. Registration for a GWO WINDA ID can be found on the GWO website, click on the link below.

All full day courses include lunch.

The delegates will have access to water, tea, coffee and basic refreshments during all courses.
