Boston Energy are currently looking to recruit engineers to join our Wind Turbine statutory inspection / Lifting equipment / Man riding lift maintenance engineers.
WE would like all candidates already to have the following certification. (This would not be barrier if the engineer was suitably qualified the technical aspects of the role)
- GWO First Aid
- GWO Fire Awareness
- GWO Manual Handling
- GWO Sea Survival
- GWO working at Heights
- OGUK / RUK Medical including chester step
Ideally candidates should have certification and experience in some or all of the following areas
- Pressure systems (PSSR)
- HIAB Crane maintenance
- Palfinger Crane maintenance
- HMF crane maintenance
- Davit Crane maintenance
- Skyman Lift maintenance
- Avanti Lift Maintenance
- Turbine mounted safety equipment Inspections (TMSE)
- Fall arrest system inspections
- Ladder inspections
- Fire Extinguisher Service and inspection
- PPE Inspections.
