Account Manager

Join Boston Energy as an Account Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our business within the wind energy sector. You will focus on developing new business opportunities (market share) and deepening relationships with key customers (share of wallet) in both onshore and offshore markets, with a near-term emphasis on essential end users aligned with our 2025 sales plan.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing position that requires dedicated time with customers to understand their staffing needs, support their goals, and build meaningful partnerships. As a key point of contact, you will represent Boston Energy across various wind industry forums, connecting with stakeholders and staying informed about market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Your strong technical knowledge of the wind energy sector—including Construction, Commissioning, Warranty, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phases—will be crucial as you help Boston Energy navigate this dynamic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges to effectively position Boston Energy.
  • Act as the primary contact for key sponsor relationships, always attentive to customer needs.
  • Develop detailed account plans that clarify functional support areas to ensure account success.
  • Identify, deliver, and convert business opportunities into profitable revenue streams.
  • Follow account plans to improve inquiry and order performance, aiming for substantial growth in market share and share of wallet.
  • Maintain accurate and current information in the Boston CRM.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within large organizations, consistently seeking new service opportunities.

      • International work experience with an ability to adapt to local requirements is advantageous.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer demands and assess company risk.
      • Fluent in business English.
