Vacancy Description

Boston Energy has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Energy Recruiter.

Responsible for:

  • Manage all aspects expected of a Recruiter
  • Ensure the recruitment process is carried out in accordance with procedures and processes for candidate placement and a fully compliant candidate is delivered to the customer
  • Effective delegation of admin tasks
  • Efficient liaison with ERM and ERMA on a frequent basis
  • Liaison with the customer on a frequent basis
  • Ensure candidate accepted has smooth and efficient start of an assignment
  • Updating of new starter and leavers list
  • Car hire movements, responsible for sending full details of changes to recruitment admin
  • Database upkeep and compliance of candidates
  • Inform manager of required job postings
  • Contract Servicing/Maintenance
  • Promote Boston Energy in the energy sector
  • Provide market research and identify future opportunities for development and investment
  • Identify potential customers to contact
  • Aid the Operations Manager in attracting new customer
  • Customer visits as required
  • Any other tasks as required for the recruitment process

Job requirements

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • Internal and external recruitment experience is of an advantage but not essential, as extensive on the job training will be given.

  • High level of motivation and enthusiasm
  • Strong discipline for achieving targets and deadlines
  • 100% accuracy, eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • A keen interest in Energy development and investment

  • Able to work equally well individually and as part of a team
  • Able to influence other parties to achieve the required goals

Salary and working hours:

Competitive Salary & benefits package

Monday – Friday 35hrs/week – Flexible working available
