Project Coordinator

Boston Energy have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our the team, initially working remotely however plans for office based work in the near future. You will work in a small team operating throughout Europe with additional support coming from our head office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact between project teams, technicians and clients.
  • Sending technicians profiles to our client to review and monitor feedback.
  • Onboard new technicians into the business including issuing contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Ordering of Technician Clothing orders & PFPE
  • Check compliance of all technicians project specific training
  • Compile bonding agreements when applicable.
  • Distribute joining instructions to technicians in a timely manner.
  • Communication with our technician pool to ensure they are well on project and deal with any queries they may have
  • Keeping database up to date with technicians currently working, our live vacancies etc. to ensure all reports are pulled through correctly
  • Approval of expenses and cost tracking
  • Welfare calls with technicians who require them
  • Carry out end of contract, termination or resignation process
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of all technicians compliance documents including training certificates.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with all technician pools.
  • Liaising with the travel team to organise technician movements.
  • Frequently visit customer offices / wind farm locations.

Reports to: Project Manager

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Good national results in Mathematics and English
  • English speaking

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

Additional Requirements:

  • Full EU Driving License (Hire car provided when required)
  • 10% International travel commitment

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of wind industry (Desirable)
  • Worked for an international company (Desirable)
  • Health and Safety awareness
  • Excellent communication skills, with motivation to achieve targets.
  • Interdepartmental liaison
  • Understanding the recruitment process – with a strong eye for detail
