Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of being a Project Manager
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships through good service and a continuous improvement approach.
  • Working with the Head of Operational Delivery, develop, implement, and manage the Project Coordinator team against individual and team KPI’s that align to our customer delivery strategy.
  • Coordinate service reviews with our main customer base to measure the success of our service offering and understand where and how we can improve.
  • Leading a team of Project Co-ordinators with responsibility of managing and fulfilling the needs of a multi-customer and multi-project portfolio
  • Develop Boston Energy’s reputation by ensuring a positive experience for every new technician that we engage with through good recruitment and selection practice
  • Working with the Head of Technician Retention and Development to ensure frequent and ongoing engagement with our established technician workforce is managed and retained.
  • Working with our customer base to understand their needs and communicating this with the Recruitment team to ensure all manpower requirements are met across our multi-project portfolio.
  • Read through customer contracts to ensure contractual compliance and requirements are being met.
  • Utilise Profile RPM in creating, fulfilling, and managing manpower requirements in accordance with the recruitment procedures and processes for candidate placement.
  • Ensuring team adherence to the use of company systems so that information is logged correctly for recall and reporting purposes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of cost control across all projects and ensure contract cost KPI’s are met.
  • Managing task allocations to the Operations Support and Travel Team.
  • Attend exhibitions in UK and Europe
  • Performance Reviews of Junior members of team
  • Conflict resolution and dealing with issues internally and externally
  • Able to communicate at all levels of the business
  • Plan training needs for technicians, in liaison with delegated tasks to Operations Support
  • Deputise for Head of Operational Delivery as required.
  • Any other tasks as required for the success of our operational delivery.

Reports to: Head of Operational Delivery

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics and English

Desired Educational Qualifications:

  • ILM Level 5

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Other Skills:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Health and Safety awareness
  • Excellent communication skills, with motivation to achieve targets.
  • Interdepartmental liaison
  • Understanding the recruitment process – with a strong eye for detail
