Hendrik is an experienced offshore wind leader with a career spanning over a decade across operations, installation, and large‑scale project delivery. He began in hands‑on operations and maintenance with Siemens Gamesa before progressing through supervisory and installation management roles, developing a strong technical and operational foundation. He advanced into senior leadership at Vestas, ultimately serving as Head of Offshore Installation for APAC. Hendri oversees the safe, efficient, and commercially strong delivery of our offshore wind projects. Known for building high‑performing teams and navigating complex stakeholder, and technical environments, he specialises in turning large renewable energy plans into successful execution through strategic leadership and strong governance.
An experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional with over 20 years’ experience across energy, engineering and offshore wind sectors, Anthony joined Boston Energy in March 2026. Previously held roles including HSE Manager at HiiROC, Safety Advisor at RWE Generation, and HSE Manager at Ørsted. Brings extensive experience across onshore and offshore wind operations, working with major industry organisations including: Ørsted, EDF, Centrica and Siemens. A Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (IOSH) with NEBOSH Diplomas and a BSc (Hons) degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
Marc joined Boston Energy in 2021 after spending 15 years as a Senior Manager with a national manufacturing and logistics recruiter and has experience delivering strategic service solutions across a large number of projects simultaneously. In 2022 Marc took on the role of Head of Operational Delivery and is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects across our core 4 service lines; Service Offshore, Pre-Assembly and Construction, Service Onshore and Major Correctives.
Guy joined the Boston Energy training admin team in 2018 after studying History at university. Guy has previously worked in service industry management for 6 years followed by local government (NZ) and education (UK). In 2022, he moved into his new role as Head of Operational Support where he is responsible for travel, training, overseas requirements, stores and equipment.
Colin joined Boston Energy in 2021 after spending 12 years in business development almost exclusively in the Offshore Renewables sector. Before this, Colin was involved in designing a next-generation turbine installation vessel and has also spent time as a Tidal Turbine Developer. With huge amounts of experience and knowledge of the Offshore Wind sector, Colin will support Boston Energy with our ongoing and future projects.
Jason joined in 2016 as Technical Support and Training Manager, after working in a similar role at HMF UK for a total of 9 years. At HMF UK, Jason managed offshore and onshore wind farm engineering projects and maintenance work. He previously ran his own company as a Commissioning Engineer in offshore wind farm construction projects for 4 years. Jason has been involved in Lifting, Crane Operations, Training and Engineering for over 30 years.
