Over many years of operational support to the Wind Energy Industry, Boston Energy has built a highly experienced management and loyal technician team: working together deliver the Group core values of safety, quality, fairness, integrity and reliability.

Many of our management team are also ex-armed forces and continue the sense of belonging into civilian life with Boston Energy.

Liam Taylor

Health & Safety Manager

Liam joins Boston Energy as our Health and Safety Manager, bringing a distinguished background and extensive expertise. He began his career with seven years in the Royal Engineers, serving in various international locations. Following this, Liam spent a decade refining his Health and Safety Management skills across multiple sectors, including construction, services, logistics, rope access, engineering, and forestry. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams in isolated and challenging environments while adhering to stringent Health and Safety protocols. Liam is a certified Safety Professional, holding qualifications from NEBOSH, IOSH, and his ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. His expertise enables him to drive a comprehensive global safety improvement roadmap for our operations. His appointment underscores Boston Energy's commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards across all our projects worldwide.

Colin Pearce

Contracts & Tender Manager

Colin joined Boston Energy in 2021 after spending 12 years in business development almost exclusively in the Offshore Renewables sector. Before this, Colin was involved in designing a next-generation turbine installation vessel and has also spent time as a Tidal Turbine Developer. With huge amounts of experience and knowledge of the Offshore Wind sector, Colin will support Boston Energy with our ongoing and future projects.

Marc Dawson

Head of Operational Delivery

Marc joined Boston Energy in 2021 after spending 15 years as a Senior Manager with a national manufacturing and logistics recruiter and has experience delivering strategic service solutions across a large number of projects simultaneously. In 2022 Marc took on the role of Head of Operational Delivery and is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects across our core 4 service lines; Service Offshore, Pre-Assembly and Construction, Service Onshore and Major Correctives.

Neil Harvey

Head of Pre-assembly, Construction and Commissioning

Neil joined Boston Energy in 2014 as an Offshore Technician. He has since worked across various manufacturer platforms in Europe up to site manager level and worked in the United States as a Technical Field Advisor, Technician Supervisor and Project Coordinator. In 2021, Neil took on the role of Vice President of Operations managing business and operations in North America. In 2022, Neil took on the Head of Pre-assembly, Construction and Commissioning role and is responsible for our projects in the UK, Europe, North America and Taiwan, as well as completing new project assessments.

Richard Wood

Technician Development & Experience Lead

Rich joined Boston Energy in late 2025, bringing over a decade of HR experience in talent acquisition and talent management across industries including IT services, telecoms, supply chain, and manufacturing. He has led recruitment and development strategies in both UK and global contexts, introduced performance and succession frameworks, and partnered with senior leaders and works councils to build scalable, people-centred structures.

Guy Raynor

Head of Operational Support

Guy joined the Boston Energy training admin team in 2018 after studying History at university. Guy has previously worked in service industry management for 6 years followed by local government (NZ) and education (UK). In 2022, he moved into his new role as Head of Operational Support where he is responsible for travel, training, overseas requirements, stores and equipment.
