Over many years of operational support to the Wind Energy Industry, Boston Energy have built a highly experienced management and loyal technician team: working together deliver the Group core values of safety, quality, fairness, integrity and reliability.

Many of our management team are also ex-armed forces and continue the sense of belonging into civilian life with Boston Energy.

Robert Mitchison

Global Account & Relationship Manager

Rob Joined Boston Energy in 2014 as an offshore Wind Turbine technician and during his time working in various roles such as annual service, Main Component Exchange, Blade and Client escort and most recently as an offshore supervisor. Prior to the wind industry, Rob joined the Royal Marines where he served for 4 years. In 2021, Rob joined our office team as Technical Contracts Manager and in 2022 became Head of Technical Projects and New Ventures where he supported customer requests, developing an operational delivery and project support team, alongside Business Development. In 2024, Rob began supporting the commercial team as Global Account & Relationship Manager, which sees him working closely with our customers across the globe, aligning our support to their strategic requirements and continuing to work as one-team through strong, effective partnerships.

Neil Harvey

Head of Pre-assembly, Construction and Commissioning

Neil joined Boston Energy in 2014 as an Offshore Technician. He has since worked across various manufacturer platforms in Europe up to site manager level and worked in the United States as a Technical Field Advisor, Technician Supervisor and Project Coordinator. In 2021, Neil took on the role of Vice President of Operations managing business and operations in North America. In 2022, Neil took on the Head of Pre-assembly, Construction and Commissioning role and is responsible for our projects in the UK, Europe, North America and Taiwan, as well as completing new project assessments.

Margo Jagiello

Head of Technician Development and Retention

Margo has developed a successful career in recruitment and account management, with over 15 years of experience working across various engineering sectors including Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy. Since 2018 Margo has focused purely on the Wind Energy Industry, joining Boston Energy with proven success in coordinating volume Technician teams across multiple projects and supporting customers on a global scale. In 2022, Margo became Head of Technician Development & Retention to focus on developing new ways to better serve our Technicians.

Guy Raynor

Head of Operational Support

Guy joined the Boston Energy training admin team in 2018 after studying History at university. Guy has previously worked in service industry management for 6 years followed by local government (NZ) and education (UK). In 2022, he moved into his new role as Head of Operational Support where he is responsible for travel, training, overseas requirements, stores and equipment.

Mark Parkes

Non-Executive Director

CEO of Bostonair Group Ltd. Mark joined Bostonair in 1997 and led the company’s move into Recruitment, Line Maintenance, Training and the Energy sector.

Jason Kennan

Technical Training Manager

Jason joined in 2016 as Technical Support and Training Manager, after working in a similar role at HMF UK for a total of 9 years. At HMF UK, Jason managed offshore and onshore wind farm engineering projects and maintenance work. He previously ran his own company as a Commissioning Engineer in offshore wind farm construction projects for 4 years. Jason has been involved in Lifting, Crane Operations, Training and Engineering for over 30 years.
