Founded in 2012, we support major wind turbine manufacturers and developers across the UK and Europe with building, installing and maintaining their turbines.

Dogger Bank, officially the world’s largest offshore windfarm when operational, is located between 130km and 190km off the North East Coast of England. The windfarm, once completed, will span a total of 599 km squared and will generate 1.2GW – enough to power 6 million homes.
Boston Energy supported the onshore commissioning and completion, offshore mechanical and electrical completion, and offshore commissioning elements of the project.
The Pre-Assembly of Baltic Eagle is situated on the island of Bornholm, the same site in which the Arcadis Ost turbines were constructed.
Three towers from the previous project (Arcadis Ost) had yet to be completed, and so this was added to the overall workload to ensure a smooth launch of Baltic Eagle’s Pre-Assembly phase.

Our partnership with Vensys dates back to 2015, supporting them with their fleet of turbines across the UK. We initially began providing statutory inspection on all their 1.5MW turbines, which then progressed onto 2.5MW and 3.5MW as their portfolio in the UK grew.
To date, we have provided Commissioning, Maintenance, and breakdown support to all Vensys turbines in the UK. Find out more about our Managed Service offering for Vensys.
Working under their own authority, Boston Energy plan and deliver the annual service programme which includes six and twelve-month services, these include Statutory Inspections across 19 different sites throughout the UK. It’s important that this service plan is delivered each year within the 12-month calendar and Boston Energy always achieve this.
