Boston Energy has a crane training facility, in which a container has been modified to mimic the conditions of a crane in an 8Mw Nacelle. We also have a training office based at Grimsby Fishdock, in which the classroom elements of crane training are delivered.

In our crane training facility, we use the same crane set-up and lifting equipment to train technicians, to that which can be found in a V164 MW Vestas turbine nacelle.
Our fully qualified trainers are lifting specialists and ex-crane engineers, so have thorough knowledge and know-how of what is required for your team.
Our training turbine uses an unlimited-capacity crane, one of the largest available. This training has been provided to customers across the world including the UK, Netherlands, Taiwan, Japan and on-site for Vestas in Denmark.
