• Worked on the project periodically for two years between 2016-2017.
• Provided over 20 pre-assembly technicians and supervisors for much of the project.
• Pre-Assembly technicians certified to the equivalent of MHI Vestas level C & D.
• Provided GWO-rated certification to the technicians who required it as well as refresher training.
• Rotations were 2/2, 2 weeks on, and 2 weeks off.

Outcome:

• Highly successful project
• High levels of performance by Boston Energy’s pre-assembly technician team
