<

Thanks to this growth, we have been delighted to welcome so many wonderful new faces to our team, one of which being our newest Recruiter in Poland, Monika!

Monika joins our team with nearly ten years of recruiting experience, we sat down with Monika to find out more about her journey before Boston Energy and what she is most looking forward to in her new role!

Hi Monika! First things first, tell us a bit about yourself!

I have been working as a recruiter for almost 10 years, I started career with recruiting employees to Germany and the Netherlands, and for over a year I have been in the wind industry.

I often treat my work as a hobby, it’s what I like to do, have contact with people, explore new opportunities. My typical hobby is fantasy books – Harry Potter and Lord of the Ring is what I grew up with. I love to travel, spend time with my family and cook – my husband says I’m pretty good! 😃 I am also interested in sport, I love volleyball, handball and football.

Can you tell us a bit more about your role at Boston Energy? What are you looking forward to?

At Boston Energy, I am a recruiter. I am very happy that I have the opportunity to participate in the development of the company in Poland.

As a recruiter, I often work under time pressure – but I love my job! I meet new technicians all the time, I have constant contact with many, new opportunities are constantly emerging.

My job is very satisfying when recruitment for a project goes very well. I want technicians in Europe to know that I am here and I am waiting for their contact – I hope that I will have a chance to cooperate with many who are reading this text now.

What do you like about working in the wind industry?

Starting in the wind industry, I was honestly terrified of the amount of information to absorb – certificates, scope of work, positions.

However, the wind industry turned out to be my ‘place’ and I would never want to change it. It gives so much job satisfaction: new projects, new opportunities for technicians, technology development, curiosity.

In addition, getting to know new people and their stories – there is a human behind every job and I often have this feeling as a recruiter of mutual respect.

What opportunities do you have at Boston Energy for technicians?

Boston Energy has a lot of opportunities in Europe. We have both onshore and offshore projects with notable wind energy giants, offering a wide variety of services.

As part of my role, I also help to support a large Pre-Assembly project based in Europe, for which we are currently looking for Maintenance Technicians, Electricians and HV technicians. We already have some fantastic opportunities for technicians in this area and I can’t wait to be able to share even more about what we have in store for technicians here!

For technicians looking to join our team in Europe, we regularly share all up-to-date information regarding job opportunities on the Boston Energy vacancies page, as well as our Facebook and LinkedIn.

I often share information about vacancies on my profile so if you are a Technician looking to join our team, I’d love to connect with you!

Why should technicians choose Boston Energy?

We invite all Technicians to Boston Energy because we are able to help them to develop and enhance their career through our upskilling scheme.

I think that as a team, we care about our relationships and contact with technicians, we want them to feel taken care of.

Thanks Monika!
