Payroll Coordinator

You will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and preparation of subcontractor payment runs, processing technician hours, processing international payrolls and other ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities include:
• Collating and reviewing invoices received from subcontractors.
• Processing technician hours
• Producing and completing international payrolls
• Discussing and resolving payroll queries
• Provide absence cover as required by the payroll function.
• Producing reports requested by management.
• Producing monthly KPI’s
• Liaising with operational team to ensure a smooth payroll cycle.

Reports to: Payroll Manager

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum Education Qualifications: GCSE Grade B or C / 5 or 6 in Mathematics & English
• Experience in a finance/payroll setting preferable but not essential.
