Over many years of operational support to the Wind Energy Industry, Boston Energy have built a highly experienced management and loyal technician team: working together deliver the Group core values of safety, quality, fairness, integrity and reliability.

Many of our management team are also ex-armed forces and continue the sense of belonging into civilian life with Boston Energy.

Marc Dawson

Head of Operational Delivery

Marc joined Boston Energy in 2021 after spending 15 years as a Senior Manager with a national manufacturing and logistics recruiter and has experience delivering strategic service solutions across a large number of projects simultaneously. In 2022 Marc took on the role of Head of Operational Delivery and is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects across our core 4 service lines; Service Offshore, Pre-Assembly and Construction, Service Onshore and Major Correctives.

Anthony Van Dyck

Head of Operations Taiwan

Anthony joined Boston Energy as Head of Taiwan Operations in 2023. A long-time Taiwan resident and fluent in Mandarin, Anthony has over 20 years experience across various sectors, including both onshore and offshore wind, as well as mass transit and rail. Anthony has been active in Taiwan’s international business community for many years and is a founding director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. In addition to managing Boston Energy’s existing projects in Taiwan, Anthony will be developing and supporting new business throughout the APAC region.

Margo Jagiello

Head of Technician Development and Retention

Margo has developed a successful career in recruitment and account management, with over 15 years of experience working across various engineering sectors including Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy. Since 2018 Margo has focused purely on the Wind Energy Industry, joining Boston Energy with proven success in coordinating volume Technician teams across multiple projects and supporting customers on a global scale. In 2022, Margo became Head of Technician Development & Retention to focus on developing new ways to better serve our Technicians.

Neil Harvey

Head of Pre-assembly, Construction and Commissioning

Neil joined Boston Energy in 2014 as an Offshore Technician. He has since worked across various manufacturer platforms in Europe up to site manager level and worked in the United States as a Technical Field Advisor, Technician Supervisor and Project Coordinator. In 2021, Neil took on the role of Vice President of Operations managing business and operations in North America. In 2022, Neil took on the Head of Pre-assembly, Construction and Commissioning role and is responsible for our projects in the UK, Europe, North America and Taiwan, as well as completing new project assessments.

Robert Mitchison

Head of Technical Projects and New Ventures

Rob Joined Boston Energy in 2014 as an offshore Wind Turbine technician and during his time working in various roles such as annual service, Main Component Exchange, Blade and Client escort and most recently as an offshore supervisor. Prior to the wind industry, Rob joined the Royal Marines where he served for 4 years. In 2021, Rob joined our office team as Technical Contracts Manager and in 2022 became Head of Technical Projects and New Ventures where he now supports customer requests, developing an operational delivery and project support team, alongside Business Development supporting the company's new ventures from a technical aspect.

Anthony Waslin

Head of Onshore

Anthony joined Boston Energy in 2023 as Head of Onshore, with over 12 years working in the onshore wind industry for a major OEM in the UK. Anthony initially worked as a Service Technician before working his way up to the Senior Management Team as Field Service Manager, becoming responsible for all technicians in the UK under the Wind Turbine Safety Rules - as well as being a lead customer contact and responsible for delivery of services within the Operations team. Before this, Anthony had a career in Petrochemicals locally in Hull before transitioning to the wind industry and relocating to Inverness, Scotland. Anthony will use this experience to ensure the delivery of Operational KPIs and Services and continue the growth of the Onshore Service Line for Boston Energy for 2024 and beyond.
