Over many years of operational support to the Wind Energy Industry, Boston Energy have built a highly experienced management and loyal technician team: working together deliver the Group core values of safety, quality, fairness, integrity and reliability.

Many of our management team are also ex-armed forces and continue the sense of belonging into civilian life with Boston Energy.

Britny Haga

Senior Project Manager - North America

Britny has been working in the wind industry for several years and began her journey with Boston Energy Wind Power Services as a Wind Technician. Starting in the maintenance sector, Britny developed her knowledge and experience in construction, main components, and commissioning. Britny's technical experience and lead background now assists her current role as Project Manager, helping the technicians in the field as well as assisting the development of our services in the US.

Fred Ryan Nolop

QSHE Officer – North America

Fred came into the industry with a heavy focus on maintenance. He worked his way from an entry-level position to a top lead role and began supporting the quality teams. He joined the quality and sqc management team of a major manufacturer and assisted with building out an extensive quality division overseeing site quality coordinators across North America. In his role at Boston Energy Wind Power Services, he brings with him nearly a decade of experience in services execution and quality management.

Jason Kennan

Technical Training Manager

Jason joined in 2016 as Technical Support and Training Manager, after working in a similar role at HMF UK for a total of 9 years. At HMF UK, Jason managed offshore and onshore wind farm engineering projects and maintenance work. He previously ran his own company as a Commissioning Engineer in offshore wind farm construction projects for 4 years. Jason has been involved in Lifting, Crane Operations, Training and Engineering for over 30 years.

Guy Raynor

Head of Operational Support

Guy joined the Boston Energy training admin team in 2018 after studying History at university. Guy has previously worked in service industry management for 6 years followed by local government (NZ) and education (UK). In 2022, he moved into his new role as Head of Operational Support where he is responsible for travel, training, overseas requirements, stores and equipment.

Katie Monk

QSHE Manager

Katie joined the Group in 2014, starting in an administration role for the Aviation division. Through a strong focus on detail and a determination to progress, Katie was quickly promoted to take additional responsibilities and became an Account Manager within the Energy Team, completing audits and safety processes. In June of 2020, Katie accepted the role of Group QSHE Manager, working to gain NEBOSH, IOSH and ISO Auditor qualifications.

Becky Keegan

Marketing Manager

Becky joined Bostonair Group in 2020 as Deputy Marketing Manager and in 2021, took on the role as Marketing Manager for the group. In 2023, Becky moved across to Boston Energy, to lead the marketing strategy supporting the growth plans of the business. Becky has over 5 years of experience in marketing & communications, having previously worked in sectors such as Construction, Facilities Management, Retail, Investments and Telecommunication. Becky works closely with the Bostonair Group teams, clients and partners to manage and deliver the marketing strategy and activities for the group.
